1.1    Standard orders. Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation is received.

1.2    Custom items. Custom items require 3 to 7 business days for processing, due to the additional time needed for product preparation and customization.

2.1    Estimated delivery. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and may vary based on the destination. Once your order has been processed, the carrier will be responsible for completing delivery within the estimated timeframes.

3.1    Tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment at all times.

4.1    Delivered packages. Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Elegidos con Propósito is not responsible for any loss or theft that may occur after delivery. We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.
